At Exquisite Premium, we stand behind the quality of our THCA hemp products. Due to compliance and safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products.
Return Eligibility:

Must be within 3 days of delivery

Must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

Customer must provide proof of purchase
Refunds:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item(s) and packaging. We will send a replacement or refund based on the issue.
